Will I get information with order details after placing an order
Yes, you should receive a confirmation to the email address you entered when placing your order. If you did not receive it, it may mean that the email address was entered incorrectly or there was some other problem. Contact us so we can help.
Can I make contact changes to an order I have placed?
Yes, please edit your order as soon as possible until the order status changes to "shipped". Incorrect information such as delivery address, email address or phone number is best changed by yourself by clicking on the "Order Details" link. This link is included in the email from us confirming your order. Editing the data is the same as placing a new order, you need to go through all its steps and select the part that needs to be changed. The system itself will suggest and guide you through all the steps. If in doubt, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until the order status changes to "shipped". Cancellation can be done yourself by clicking on the "Order Details" link found in the order confirmation email. In the order details you will be able to edit the order or just cancel it. If in doubt, please contact us.
Will I get an invoice for my order
We issue a VAT invoice for each order. The invoice is only available electronically and can be downloaded from the email titled " Get a VAT invoice for order xyz".
How can I track my order?
We inform you about the status of your order by email. As soon as we move to the next stage of order processing, the system automatically sends an email with information about the status. In addition, you can go to "My Order" in one of the emails from us and check the status there, or you can use the "Order Status" tab, which is located at the bottom of our website.
Where can I enter additional information when placing an order?
In the "Notes" section, you can enter additional information such as a request to ship on a specific date, a request to add a note for the recipient, etc.
