Heinz Kuppenbender's patent relates to a camera, specifically one with a photoelectric exposure meter. This meter is functionally connected to the camera's lens system and consists of a photocell, a resistance and a measuring instrument. Patent No US2031321 A was published in 1936 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
