Posters from the Astronomy series show all eight planets in the solar system and 5 dwarf planets in the solar system. They were made, especially at our request, by the artist from Krakow as a second series, showing the same planets in a different, original perspective.
This poster shows Mercury. It is the smallest, closest to the sun and brightest planet in the solar system. It's hard to see from Earth because it always appears close to the Sun. Mercury has no atmosphere. The mantle under the crust consists of molten rock, and in the center of the planet is an iron core. Mercury orbits the sun quickly, but slowly around its axis, which means that the sun rises every 176 days. It is one of the hottest and coldest planets in the solar system. The maximum temperature on Mercury is + 427 ° C, and the minimum is -212 ° C.
