Poster with the world's largest passenger ship, Symphony of the Seas, from the "The wonders of technology" series. The series presents the greatest technological achievements of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Symphony of the Seas known as the "Symphony of the Seas", measuring as much as 362 meters in length and weighing 228,000 tonnes, is currently the world's largest luxury cruise liner. The vessel is equipped with 6 diesel engines with a total power of 97,000 kW and its maximum speed is 22.6 knots (41.8 km / h). The height of the vessel is 72 m above the waterline, the breadth is 66 m, and the draft is 9.1 m.

This is another Oasis-class vessel, which also includes two other giants: 360 m long Allure of the Seas and Harmony of the Seas which was launched two years ago. The cruise ship Symphony of the Seas can safely be called a floating city with 6,870 passengers in 2,774 cabins, plus 2,100 crew. It has a clinic on board, 20 restaurants offering all cuisines of the world, and even an arrest - everything you would expect from a city of its size.
