Posters "Maps of the world"
poster from the series "Maps of the world" presents the most beautiful countries in the world, those that are often chosen as a destination by tourists from all over the world. The leading theme, "Map", is shown in a perverse, unconventional way - it only complements the presented scenery, not its main element. This poster shows Poland and what is most characteristic about its landscape - rape fields and storks. The series aims to show the beauty of these countries, focusing mainly on nature, not on urban buildings. Each poster shows one of the most recognizable landscape features of a given country. The entire series of "World Maps" has been prepared by a young artist from Tczew, Karolina Wiśniewska.
Poster Map United States
This poster depicts a special region, the United States. The USA poster shows a beautiful view of Monument Valley. It is a region in the USA, in the Colorado highlands, administratively located on the border of the states of Utah and Arizona, entirely within the Navah Indian Reservation. Despite its name, the valley is not a valley, but an area where eolian erosion has created rock formations in the form of spires, stolives, plateaus, table mountains, and steep isolated formations called butte. Due to the steepness of the rock formations, free movement is only possible in the lower parts, which probably contributed to giving the area its name of valley. The red colour of the rocks is due to the presence of two types of sandstone, Wingate and Nawaho, which dominate Monument Valley. These rocks are saturated with large amounts of iron oxides.
The Navajo Indians consider themselves to be the "forever" hosts of this place, as they are the direct successors of the Anasazi Indians who have lived in the area since at least the 1st century BC. Anasazi Indians. The name of the valley, Tsé Bii' Ndzisgaii in the Navajo language, means White streaks inside the rock, which is explained by the frequent occurrence of coloured minerals and silver in the red rocks of the valley.
