Description

The Bieszczady National Park poster is part of our new POLISH NATIONAL PARKS poster series. A one-of-a-kind series that presents the most beautiful and picturesque corners of the country. Our tourist posters showcase the most popular areas of beautiful Poland.

Bieszczady National Park is one of 23 national parks in Poland, located in the Western Bieszczady Mountains. Established in 1973, it became part of the Eastern Carpathians International Biosphere Reserve in 1992. Since 2021, 11% of the park's area has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is the third largest national park in Poland and the largest national park in the Polish mountains. Bieszczady National Park occupies the southeastern part of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The southernmost point of Poland, located on the border with Ukraine, Opołonek Peak (1,028 m above sea level) is also located within its borders. The Park Directorate is located in Ustrzyki Górne. The Bieszczady National Park's "heraldic" species is the lynx. The Bieszczady National Park currently covers 292.02 km². Its buffer zone includes the Ciśniańsko-Wetliński Landscape Park and the San Valley Landscape Park.

The Bieszczady National Park poster is the work of Maciej Ptasiński. This one-of-a-kind Polish tourism poster was created especially for us.

About our papers

Matte Paper (formerly Smooth)

Fully matte paper with a grammage of 230 g/m². This is a high-quality photographic paper, significantly thicker than standard "poster paper." It provides excellent readability without reflections and faithful reproduction of natural colors, making it a solid choice for a classic look.

Pearl Paper

Our Pearl Paper with a grammage of 255 g/m² is the perfect step forward for those who desire an even more striking print. It has an elegant, satin surface with a subtle sheen characteristic of traditional photographic prints. This type of paper significantly enhances colors, deepens blacks, and gives posters a professional, more dynamic, and expressive look compared to standard matte paper. It's a great choice for highlighting details and adding exceptional depth to graphics, delighting the eye with vibrant colors.

Hahnemühle FineArt Paper

A true gem for connoisseurs – produced by the German manufacturer Hahnemühle FineArt. Made of 100% cotton, completely acid- and bleach-free, with an impressive grammage of 310 g/m². Most often found in art galleries and museums, where archival durability and unique character are paramount. Perfect as a gift or for lovers of the highest quality papers and artistic expression. Full name: Hahnemühle William Turner.
