Framing
What size poster fits in the frame?
Always choose a frame the same size as the poster. For example, for a 50x70cm poster, choose a 50x70cm frame.
Can you frame the purchased poster?
Yes! If you order a poster with a frame, we'll frame it at no extra cost and deliver it ready to hang.
Orders and delivery
Why can't I choose a Parcel Locker for large posters?
The largest size we can send to a Parcel Locker is a 61x91 poster and a 30x40cm frame or picture.
Larger sizes do not fit in Parcel Lockers, so we only send them by courier.
What is the shipping cost?
The cost of courier delivery is PLN 14.99.
Delivery to Inpost parcel lockers costs PLN 9.99.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most poster orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
For paintings, it is usually 3-4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
In Poland, to receive free shipping, you must place an order for at least PLN 199.

What poster sizes are available?
We offer posters in four sizes: 30x40 cm, 40x50cm, 50x70 cm, 61x91 cm and 70x100 cm.
Can you print a different size?
Yes, please contact us to arrange the details.
The maximum size of the image on canvas is 150x100 cm.
Posters can be up to 110 cm wide.
Can I print my own photo?

Do you print posters on canvas?
Yes, in addition to posters, we also offer canvas prints. Canvas prints don't require additional frames because they're carefully stretched on a sturdy canvas stretcher and are ready to hang. The sides of the canvas are also printed, giving it an aesthetically pleasing appearance from every angle and making it look elegant even without a frame.
We print on high-quality 400 g/m² canvas, made of 100% cotton, which gives the print a natural, delicately textured surface reminiscent of traditional painting. Thanks to the use of pigment printing technology, the colors are vivid, saturated, and fade-resistant, while deep blacks and subtle tonal transitions ensure every detail is perfectly reproduced.
Our canvases are hand-stretched on sturdy wooden canvas stretchers, guaranteeing their durability and stability. This is the perfect solution for those looking for an elegant, ready-to-hang decoration that will add character to any interior.
What printing techniques do you use?
We print our posters using advanced pigment printing technology on a Canon ImagePROGRAF PRO-4100 printer. We utilize the 12-color LUCIA PRO ink system, which delivers an exceptionally wide color gamut, deep blacks, and excellent detail. We print on high-quality premium photo paper that resists fading and guarantees longevity. This makes our posters museum-quality and looks great both framed and unframed.
Do you offer custom sizes or personalization of posters?

Are posters sold with a frame?
You can purchase the poster on its own or with a frame. If you order the poster with a frame, we'll frame it and deliver it ready to hang.
Payments and refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments (BLIK, fast transfers, payment cards) and traditional bank transfers.
Can I return the poster if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the poster without giving a reason.
What should I do if my poster arrived damaged?
If the package was damaged during transport, please contact us and we will replace the poster with a new one.

What is a surprise poster?
The surprise poster is a randomly selected print at an attractive price. We won't reveal the design – it's part of the fun!
Can I order a larger quantity of posters for a company or institution?
Yes, if you need a larger quantity of posters, please contact us to discuss the details and possible discounts.
Do you cooperate with museums and shops?
Yes, we are open to collaborations with museums, gift shops, art galleries, and other retail outlets. Do you issue pro-forma invoices?
Yes, we issue pro forma invoices upon request. If you require such a document before payment, please contact us and we will prepare it for you.
Can we pay with a deferred payment date?
Orders are typically processed upon receipt of payment. However, for public institutions, museums, or established business partners, we may offer deferred payment. If you are interested in this form of payment, please contact us to discuss the details.
