Returns Policy – Poster Polytechnic
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage and Problems
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect it carefully. If there are any defects, damage, or errors in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Some products are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange is to return the current product and place a new order after your return has been approved.
14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days, without giving a reason. The product must be in unaltered condition.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval. If everything is correct, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that processing your refund may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider.
